About Ana Maria

Ana, that's me! I came in to this life with multiple abilities in place. As a child I was scolded and told I saw ghosts and spirits due to being a "bad girl". In my adult life I was  silenced, as not to sound unstable, for sharing what I perceived or just plain knew intuitively. For  years I thought I may have had mini strokes or brain damage, due to the fact I  couldn't remember traumatic chunks/events in my  life.

"Dissociating is physically exhausting + leaves people with a "bad memory" because your physical self isn't present to create them". @the.holistic.psychologist.

The brain, body and spirit have an amazing way of protecting self preservation. Like everyone else I'm  still finding myself, ever evolving  and always seeking new knowledge; that tangible reminder there's so much more to us, than this human body and what nurtures and helps devlelope me, at a soul level.

I  have been mentored and guided for over a decade by/with Jan Toomer of Reality Undefined LLC, www.metaphysical-studies.com.  Feel free to ask  me,  Ana can animals speak. and I will respond, "Yes they do, with images and sometimes with complete sentences, depending on their personality." My personal  preference is distant healings so the animals/humans' nervousness or pain does not interfere with the healing or reading interpretation.

My mind is artistically creative, and I  see art in everything with layers of possibilities. To be allowed to work on someone whether animal or human comes with a huge  responsibility and is an honor to do so.  Healing is continuous. ~Ana Maria Quezada
